Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing (Executor & Growth Lead), you are the ultimate marketing "Full-Stack" architect for Infigroup. You aren't just a manager; you are a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across every vertical of modern marketing. You will lead our marketing team and shared services function, overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of initiatives across a diverse portfolio of ventures.
This role is for a Polymath/Expert Generalist Leader—someone with deep technical expertise in performance and growth, but with the broad creative vision to handle branding, content, and events. You are expected to be an AI-native marketer and a rigorous Operator, leveraging PMO (Project Management Office) principles to manage resources, teams, and timelines across multiple high-growth business units simultaneously.
The "SME" Pillars of Responsibility
A. Performance, Ads & Growth Hacking (The Doer)
- Direct Execution: Act as the primary architect and executor for paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You don't just "oversee" ads; you know how to build, test, and scale them.
- Technical SEO & Web: Oversee the technical performance of web and mobile ecosystems. You are fluent in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical), tracking pixels, GTM, and GA4.
- E-commerce Mastery: Lead e-commerce initiatives including storefront optimization (Shopify/Magento), marketplace management (Lazada/Shopee/Amazon), and maximizing ROAS/AOV.
- Funnel Optimization: Build and optimize high-converting marketing funnels for diverse business models (B2B, B2C, SaaS, Mobility).
B. Operational Excellence, PMO & Team Leadership
- PMO & Project Management: Implement and oversee a marketing PMO to ensure all venture-specific projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the "Shared Services" model, strategically assigning team members and external vendors to different ventures based on priority and growth stage.
- People Management: Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of specialists. You define the KPIs, performance reviews, and growth paths for the entire department.
- Operational Workflows: Design and refine the "Infigroup Marketing Playbook"—a standardized set of workflows and templates that ensure operational efficiency as we scale.
C. AI Innovation & MarTech
- AI Integration: Design and implement AI-driven workflows for content generation, customer insights, and predictive analytics.
- Automation: Build "human-in-the-loop" systems that leverage tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Zapier, or specialized MarTech) to streamline creative and operational output.
- Stack Management: Curate and manage the group's marketing technology stack to ensure lean, high-performance operations.
D. Creative, Content & Branding
- Brand Storytelling: Shape the positioning and narratives for Infigroup and its ventures, ensuring they resonate in local and global markets.
- Multi-Format Content: Oversee (and occasionally produce) high-impact creative assets—from video scripts and social copy to long-form thought leadership.
- Visual Standards: Ensure high-fidelity design standards across all touchpoints, balancing aesthetics with conversion-centric design.
E. Events, PR & Communications
- Experiential Marketing: Design and lead event marketing strategies, from high-stakes venture launches and industry conferences to community-building activations.
- PR & Partnerships: Manage media relations and strategic partnerships to amplify Infigroup's reputation as a global venture leader.
