Infi Group's fourth portfolio acquisition in four years adds end-to-end cross-border shipping to the group

Amilo, part of the Infi Group family of companies, has folded a cross-border specialist into its regional network — the latest proof point in a playbook Infi Group is running across its commerce-and-distribution portfolio.

SINGAPORE, 15 September 2026 — Infi Group's logistics arm, Amilo, has completed and integrated its fourth acquisition in four years. The latest addition, cross-border specialist SG Link, now trades as ShipX and connects Southeast Asian merchants to buyers in 220+ destinations — joining Natiiv AI and InfiLogis in the group's growing commerce-and-distribution stable.

The deal follows a pattern Infi Group has now backed four times through Amilo, and it says more about how the group intends to grow than about any single transaction.

A playbook the group keeps reusing

Unlike most roll-ups, Amilo doesn't inherit the systems that come with a deal. It looks for regional operators with something real underneath — a customer base, a licence, a lane, a capability that would take years to build — and takes on the work of fixing or scaling what sits on top. Each is then migrated onto technology Amilo already owns and runs: a single stack covering marketplaces, order management, warehouse, transport, customs and delivery management.

For Infi Group, this is the same logic the wider portfolio is built on: find operators with real assets underneath, put them on shared rails, and let every subsequent integration get cheaper and faster because the destination never changes. It's the model already shaping how Natiiv AI and InfiLogis fit together under the group.

“We have now proven our acquisition, integration and turnaround story four times in four years. With heavy AI usage across all functions, the platform keeps getting more robust — and we are extending it across the commerce and distribution space.”

Why this matters beyond logistics

Southeast Asia has millions of small and mid-sized businesses with something worth selling abroad, and very few can actually do it — the constraint is operational: destination-specific customs paperwork, landed duties that can't be quoted reliably in advance, limited shipment visibility, and freight rates set for volumes smaller exporters can't meet. ShipX, built in Vietnam since 2020, closes that gap by pooling volume and keeping documentation, duties and tracking in one place.

“SG Link, now ShipX, is an amazing team. Their knowledge of complex cross-border processes is a core pillar of our strategy of helping millions of ASEAN SMEs expand globally. Despite fuel-price and tariff-war pressure, our teams have come together very well and delivered positive growth in the first half of this year.”

What's next for the group

Infi Group's position is that the slow, expensive part — warehouses, fleets, licences, border processes — is largely built across the portfolio now. What sits on top is the ability to absorb more acquisitions faster each time, and a shared data and technology layer that lets every group company benefit from the same wave of AI tooling. Each future acquisition, across any part of the portfolio, is expected to integrate faster than the last.
