Infi Group's logistics arm Amilo enters Thailand with the acquisition of Sivadon Logistics

SINGAPORE/BANGKOK, 15 August 2024 — Infi Group's logistics arm, Amilo, has acquired Sivadon Logistics, a Thai firm with an established national network, marking Amilo's third acquisition in two years and its first move into Thailand. Deal terms were undisclosed. The acquisition extends Infi Group's regional logistics footprint to four markets — Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and now Thailand.

A playbook the group keeps reusing

Amilo doesn't inherit the systems that come with a deal. It looks for regional operators with something real underneath — a network, a licence, a team, a book of customers — and takes on the work of folding what sits on top into a platform it already owns and runs, spanning warehousing, fulfilment, local transport, delivery and cross-border services. Sivadon is the third operator to go through that process, after last-mile aggregator Kahago in Indonesia and an earlier acquisition in Vietnam.

For Infi Group, it's the same logic already shaping how Natiiv AI, ShipX and InfiLogis fit together under the group: find operators with real assets underneath, put them on shared rails, and let the group's footprint compound market by market.

Why Thailand

With the acquisition, Amilo now operates more than 20 warehouses and a fleet exceeding 100 trucks across its four markets, serving over 100 customers. Sivadon's national network gives the group an immediate operational base in Thailand, and sets up cross-border services there within the next few months — routed through Amilo's exclusive cross-border partnership with Belgium Post's Landmark Group.

What's next for the group

Beyond the Thailand cross-border launch, Amilo is rolling out platform upgrades in September — new cross-border partnerships, price comparison features and dashboard improvements — as part of a push to become Southeast Asia's first homegrown full-service logistics integrator. Infi Group continues to back Amilo's search for further regional acquisition targets, following the same playbook that's brought Kahago, the Vietnam acquisition and now Sivadon onto shared rails.
