Infi Group's logistics arm backs ShipX's AI-powered platform for Southeast Asian sellers

ShipX — the cross-border platform Amilo, part of the Infi Group family of companies, invested in earlier this year — has officially launched, putting AI to work on the routing and pricing decisions that slow down cross-border sellers.

VIETNAM, 23 September 2026 — ShipX, the rebranded cross-border logistics platform backed by Infi Group's logistics arm Amilo, has officially launched — bringing AI-driven route selection, real-time pricing and a unified logistics dashboard to more than 2,500 sellers, manufacturers and brands shipping out of Southeast Asia.

Why this matters for the group

Amilo invested in SG Link, a Vietnamese cross-border logistics company with six years of operating history, in May 2026 — the deal behind this week's rebrand to ShipX. The combination pairs SG Link's cross-border network with Amilo's regional warehousing and fulfilment infrastructure, and it's the same logic already shaping how Natiiv AI, Pontello Brands and InfiLogis fit together under Infi Group: back operators with something real underneath, then connect them to shared infrastructure and a shared data and AI layer.

Vietnam's cross-border B2C e-commerce market reached US$4.45 billion in 2025 and is projected to hit US$13.39 billion by 2031, according to Mordor Intelligence — with roughly 2.4 billion e-commerce packages moving through the country in 2024 alone, per Ken Research. That's the scale of demand ShipX is now built to serve.

“Sellers increasingly reaching international markets need one unified platform to manage the entire logistics process, not another carrier to compare.”
— Luyến Ngô, Co-founder & Chair, ShipX

Putting AI where the friction is

ShipX's platform connects more than 45 shipping carriers across 220+ destinations, with AI applied directly to route selection — weighing cost, delivery speed and carrier reliability for each shipment rather than leaving sellers to compare carriers manually. The system accumulates operational data over time, sharpening its routing and pricing recommendations with use. On top of that sits real-time pricing, shipment tracking, HS code verification, customs support — including DDP/DDU, EU VAT/IOSS and Importer of Record services — and direct integrations with Amazon, eBay and Shopify.

“Brands need one partner handling fulfilment, customs and delivery — not another carrier added to the pile. That's what this platform is built to be.”
— Trần Duy Thuần, Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer, ShipX

What's next for the group

ShipX now operates across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, running 12 regional offices and three warehousing and fulfilment facilities, with a revenue target of US$10 million by the end of 2026. It's the third Vietnamese company admitted to eBay's CPaSS programme, alongside partnerships with eBay, Belgium Post and Singapore Post. For Infi Group, the launch is another proof point for the same playbook: fold real regional capability onto shared rails, then layer AI on top of infrastructure that already works.
